With a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Loyola Marymount University, Amber plays a pivotal role as the CMO and Head of Recruitment at Perfect 12. Amber’s talent for recruitment is rooted in a lifetime of exposure to excellence. Her father, the late legendary “star-maker” and producer Jay Bernstein, was renowned for discovering some of the most iconic names in Hollywood, including Farrah Fawcett, Suzanne Somers, Burt Lancaster, and Sammy Davis Jr. Growing up in this environment, Amber developed an instinct for recognizing beauty, sophistication, and charisma - qualities she now applies to Perfect 12’s recruitment process.
As the leader of our recruiting department, Amber employs a refined approach to ensure every individual brought into Perfect 12’s network meets the agency’s standards of elegance, intelligence, and grace.
